These GTC apply to the use of the Photoplotter photo station (hereinafter “Provider”) by visitors (hereinafter “Visitor”). By using the photo station, the Visitor agrees to these terms and conditions.

The photo station is intended for creating portraits, which are provided to the Visitor in printed form. The Visitor is responsible for their behavior during use and agrees not to create any illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content.

Copyrights to the photographs remain with the Provider. The Visitor is granted a simple, non-exclusive right to use the created photos for private and personal purposes.

The Visitor expressly agrees that the Provider may reuse the images created at the photo station for their own artistic purposes. This reuse does not occur in identical form (“not 1:1”) but as artistic editing, collage, abstract, or modified representation. Artistic use will respect personal rights and exclude defamatory or degrading portrayals.

Personal data is processed solely in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of Switzerland. Photos and data are not shared with third parties unless necessary to fulfill the purpose (e.g., digital delivery) or required by law.

The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the photo station or technical malfunctions unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider.
